During the height of COVID, we found ourselves relegated to the gorgeous country of Mexico…AND WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS! We spent months exploring some of the world’s most beautiful beaches, chowing down on top-notch foods, meeting insanely nice locals, and learning as much as we could about the vibrant culture. We fell in love, and Mexico is a place we return to again and again.
